Right to cancel

Write to us from your account email at finanzascokpartidas@gmail.com with the subject «Cooling-off». That's all it takes: no forms, no phone call, no need to tell us why.

Write the cancellation email

• We'll confirm by email within 24 business hours.
• We cancel the subscription and stop any pending charge.
• We refund 100% of what you paid to the same payment method you used, within that payment method's processing times.
• Your data stays where it is: you can keep logging in to download everything, or ask for it to be deleted.

We don't charge anything for exercising this right.

From the date you signed up for the paid plan: 14 calendar days, wherever you live. That's equal to or more than the law requires in any of the countries where the app works. The 30-day free trial doesn't count: during the trial nothing has been paid, so there's nothing to refund — just cancel and you won't be charged.

Outside that period you can still cancel anytime from Settings. Canceling stops the next renewal and you keep using the service until the end of the period you already paid for. The details are in the terms and conditions.

You can file a complaint with your country's consumer protection agency. It's free, and almost everywhere you can do it online.
